We make sure that we release it through crying, talking, being pro-active in due diligence with meditation and beneficial thoughts. By being nurturing to ourselves and others and letting it just be what it is. Get angry! Go and cry your eyes out! Most importantly, get to the underlying causes. That is what this energy is truly about. Finding our extremes. Finding and knowing all sides of our natures. Knowing our duality. See the feminine side, see the male sides of you. Then give yourself a break. Go into Loving & gentle care of you.
We will have the tendency to take things out on others, blame others, gut our parental backgrounds, go into regret and just plain be miserable...AND, we can still feel all of that and then see what and how we can use this very potent energy to be a catalyst for some of the biggest changes we have ever made in our lives.
Once we can get past all of the pain, hurt, anxiety and self loathing, we can put it into perspective. You aren't going to just let it go...it is a part of us. You make peace with all of this. You see the impact that it has made on your life and now use it in ways that can be constructive. Anger is a great catalyst. Some of the greatest art, music, poetry, inventions and discoveries have been made in this type of energy. The pain, the angst, the misery has been used in ways to help others see that they are not alone in their feelings...their pain...their hurt.
Meditation is one of the greatest ways to help yourself. You will find solace in the words of guided meditations. If I can tell you the one thing that is the most important it would be: Don't Suppress! If you try and hide from what you are feeling, you will find yourself tied in knots. And it will not be of benefit to you. If you face it now and see that it is actually a way to get to see within so you can create in ways that are expressive and exciting, it will help you make peace. If you see all the underlying causes for things that want to just drag on in your life -- that is huge! Move forward from it...PLEASE, MOVE FORWARD
Do not use this energy for drama! That is so non-beneficial to you and the people you are with. Find things of joy to indulge in--even if it is through the tears. Send out gratitude for what you do have and know that when this passes, you will be redefined, refurbished and re-energized. This is a gift...we need to see that through our anguish & tears. Cry, my Dear Friends, and Know that YOU are Deliciously Phenomenal!
